Part I. Laser Machine

BHG LASER Official warrants all laser machines for Two (2) years from the original date of receipt.
2-years for laser source (fiber )as it will lose energy gradually after customers' long-time operating.
It is necessary to do some basic maintenance of the laser machine from time to time to lengthen the lifespan of the machine.
1-year for main accessories of laser machine: control card, galvo，and we need to notify that the field mirror is a consumable item and is not covered by the warranty. )
During the warranty period, BHG LASER Official offers remote tech support if there is any machine malfunction to help you find where the problem is and will offer the tech guide to teach you how to fix the simple problem. If our tech confirms the problem lies in one part of machine accessories, BHG LASER will repair or replace defective parts without any charge to you, subject to the warranty conditions specified below, that prove to have such defects according to the terms outlined on this warranty.

Warranty Conditions

The above Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

This warranty extends only to products distributed and/or sold by BHG LASER to the original purchaser only.

The warranty is limited to two (2) years for fiber laser marking, mainly adapted to laser Source. But for other parts of machine 一 control card, galvo, we only offer 1-year warranty.

Notification: The laser source will lose some power gradually after a long-time of working, it is a common phenomenon. We do not recommend customers to run the machine at full power for long-time, it is recommended to run the machine around 80%~85% of power in most condition which can make the lifespan of the machine longer.

Any after-market additions or modifications will not be warranted. The laser machine system owner is responsible for any service and repairs outside the scope of this warranty

This warranty covers only the normal use of the laser machine. BHG LASER shall not be liable under this warranty if Damages incurred through irresponsible use may include but are not limited to:

•*Irresponsible use, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper return shipping or installation

•Disasters such as fire, flood, lightning, or acts of God

•Inadequacy or interruption of electrical service, improper voltage conditions, blown fuses, or other similar damages

•Service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized BHG LASER representative

•Usage of components or accessories not approved by BHG LASER

•Tampering, altering, defacing, or removing the product serial number will serve to void this warranty

*Damages incurred through irresponsible use may include but are not limited to:

•Failure to turn on or use clean water within the chiller or water pump

•Failure to clean optical mirrors and lenses

•Failure to clean or lube guide rails with lubricant oil

•Failure to remove or clean debris from the collection tray

•Failure to properly store the laser in a properly conditioned environment.

BHG LASER accepts no responsibility for any software programs, data, or information stored on any media or any parts of any products returned for repair to BHG LASER.

This warranty does not cover any third-party software or virus-related problems not purchased from BHG LASER.

BHG LASER is not responsible for loss of data or time, even with hardware failure. Clients are responsible for backing up any data for their own protection. BHG LASER is not responsible for any loss of work (“downtime”) caused by a product requiring service.

In the event the client resells the machine, the Warranty is non-transferable.

International shipping costs and/or customs fees associated with fulfillment of Warranty Replacement Items are the responsibility of the client if the customer needs part of accessories of the machine to replace when there is damage or defect of function due to the client’s improper operation of the machine.

BHG LASER at its own discretion reserves the right to deny the purchase of an extended warranty.

Post Warranty Support and/or Repairs

BHG LASER offers free lifetime tech support via remote connecting (email or phone) to the original purchaser. However, after the warranty period replacement parts will be the responsibility of the client including shipping charges. BHG LASER will provide a quote for the necessary parts and repairs. （ Offer discounted price for parts and repairs ）

PART II. Accessories

Notification: For Fragile items, such as Laser Tube, customization products, such as Honeycomb Work Table and Size Knife Working Table Blade, we don’t support return & exchange due to the wrong size.
All warranty policy are adapted to customers who order directly on www.bthocinglaser.com, and all warranty policy is only valid for products during warranty period without any manual damage.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
